1. About Us
These terms govern your use of the Nmanu Original Palm Oil website and any purchases you make from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact us at orders@nmanu.co.uk.
2. Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product without notice. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
3. Orders & Payment
An order confirmation email means we have received your order, not that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To initiate a return, email us at orders@nmanu.co.uk. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Promo Codes
Promo codes are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
